Worldwide Delivery
Orders on amiparis.com are shipped worldwide via DHL (Express or Standard, based on destination).
Delivery is on business days only:
• Europe: 3–6 days
• USA: 4–7 days
• Rest of the world: 4–6 days
Delivery times are estimates and may be extended during busy periods, stock shortages, or due to external factors like weather or customs.
How do I track the status of my order?
You will be notified by email of the shipment of your order and its handling by DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you can track the progress by clicking on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. DHL will also inform you of the delivery terms and the delivery progress by email. You can also choose a different delivery method if you wish (drop off at a DHL locker, for example).
Can I collect my order in-store?
Unfortunately, delivery to store is not yet possible for orders placed on amieparis.com.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
PO Boxes are not eligible delivery addresses. Orders made to PO Box addresses will not be accepted.
How long do I have to return an item ordered on amieparis.com?
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to register your return request.
Can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, exchanges are currently not possible for orders placed on amiparis.com However, you can return the order or item under the conditions described and place a new order.
What are the return and refund conditions for purchases made in an AMI PARIS store?
Any item purchased in an AMI PARIS store, other than an outlet store, may be exchanged or subject to credit at an AMI PARIS directly operated store in the same country where the initial purchase took place.
The credit is nominative and valid for one year in AMI
PARIS's own stores located in the same country in which the credit was issued.
You have 14 calendar days following the date of purchase to return your item.
Underwear, swimwear and tax-free items cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items can only be returned within the same sale period.
Returned items must be returned in their original condition, with all their labels, accessories and documents. They must not have been worn, nor washed and must be in perfect resalable condition in order to be accepted for return by our store.
Are delivery costs refunded? O

Why create an AMI PARIS account?
Creating your account allows you to directly track your online order and access your purchase history.
You will be able to manage your personal information and save your favorite pieces in your wishlist to access them from any device.
Can I place an order without creating an AMI PARIS account?
You can place your order in guest mode. By choosing this option, you will not have access to a customer account and will have to track your order via the shipping email sent by the courier.
You can decide to create your account at any time using the email address used when placing your
order. You will then have access to all orders placed and linked to this email address.

How do I make changes to my account?
You can update and modify your account information by going to your account page, selecting "personal information" and then "edit my information".
How is my order packaged?
All items are carefully packaged in a parcel. Items requiring protection are placed in a dustbag or a box (i.e. shoes, bags, jewelry). During busy commercial periods, the packaging may be reduced to best meet the indicated delivery timeframes.
Can I request gift wrapping?
We currently do not offer the gift wrapping option on our online store.
Can I modify my order?
Once your order is confirmed, changes cannot be made. You have 14 calendar days following receipt of your order to return it to us free of charge. As we cannot yet offer exchanges, we will refund the returned items, provided the return request and refund is confirmed.
Where can I find my invoice?
An invoice is issued for each order placed.
Whether or not you placed your order as a guest, you will receive it as a link in your shipping confirmation email. For any order placed under an existing customer account, you will also be able to find your invoice in your customer area, under the"my orders" section.
Is payment on the Amiparis.com site secure?
All transactions carried out on AMI PARIS via our
payment service provider Global-e comply with
PCIDSS 3.2, the basic security standard governing the payments sector. In line with the European DSP 2 directive,
,"3D Secure" authentication has
been systematically applied to each order since
September 2019.
Our website, amiparis.com also uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption system. This protocol allows all information exchanged between you and AMI PARIS to be securely encrypted. Thanks to SSL, your data is unreadable to any third party, for guaranteed protection.
You can easily verify this security by making sure the "https" prefix and the padlock symbol in your browser address bar are present. These indicators signal that the connection is secure, thereby ensuring the confidentiality of your personal and financial data during your transactions on our site.
When will I be debited for my order?
The time the order is debited depends on the payment method used.
If you make your payment with a bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), you will be charged when the order is shipped.
If you use a third-party payment service (PayPal, etc.), you will be charged upon confirmation of the order.
For a deferred or split payment option, you will be charged at the rate indicated by the chosen option.
However, if an item is out of stock, we will automatically refund you.
What should I do if my payment is declined?
If you suspect that your payment may not have gone through, please check that no order confirmation email has been sent to you and that
no order appears in your customer account. If there's nothing there, you can try and place your order again by checking that the payment information you provided is correct.
If you have, and yet the payment still seems to have failed, please contact your bank, who will then be able to advise you on this subject.
If a payment error occurs due to a technical problem, you will be redirected automatically to the payment page for your order. Your payment method won't be debited. You will also receive an email confirming the payment error.
What should I do about a quality issue concerning my item?
We are committed to offering the most beautiful items and take care to check and test all of the
materials used to make our clothes. However, in exceptional cases, you may notice an issue with the quality of your item. Please send us the following information, in writing via our contact form :
Your order number.
The relevant item's reference number, which can be found on the care label.
The issue with your item, including photos.
Details on how the item has been washed and any useful information to help us identify how the issue may have occurred.
Our advisors will forward your request to our quality department, who will be able to evaluate your item and provide you with the most suitable solution.
How do I look after my item?
All materials are different and must be looked
after carefully. Please be vigilant and meticulously follow the advice that appears on every care label on AMI PARIS items. If you do not follow these instructions and your item becomes damaged, the piece cannot be considered defective and you will not be able to request a refund.
Can I have an item authenticated by AMI PARIS?
Product authentication is not a service AMI PARIS provides. Authenticity is guaranteed only if the product was purchased from an AMI PARIS store or from an authorized reseller.
